If you know the story of Moses of the Bible this movie titled recitation is just a replica of what actually happened with Moses. However this movie has to do with a story of a little boy who find it difficult to speak.

This little boy has a poor parents and the parents had decided to withdraw him from school due to their poverty level. Eventually one of his teacher decided to coach him in order to participate in a forthcoming Bible competition. Desperate that this teacher knows the condition of this young boy is persuaded him to participate in the forthcoming recitation among other schools but this boy is not ready to participate because of his current condition. However God decided to visit him on a faithful and he was to speak fluently. Eventually he participated in the Bible competition and he became the best.
