About the song:
The Vision Behind “Ipe Awon Baba Wa”

“Ipe Awon Baba Wa” (The Call of Our Fathers)It is a prophetic sound—a call to remembrance, restoration, and revival. Rooted in both biblical and Yoruba spiritual heritage, the song serves as a clarion call to return to the ancient paths of faith, obedience, and divine alignment based on the legacies of our spiritual forefathers in the Cherubim and Seraphim Church.

The Inspiration
The song is birthed from a deep burden for revival within the Cherubim and Seraphim (C&S) movement and the body of Christ at large. It speaks to a generation at the crossroads—those who have strayed, those who have forgotten, and those who yearn for the fire of the old to be rekindled. Ipe Awon Baba Wa is not just a song but a movement; it carries a divine urgency, calling the church back to the altar of consecration, prayer, and supernatural power.

The message of Ipe Awon Baba Wa is threefold:
1. REMEMBRANCE: To recall the faith, dedication, and honour the sacrifices and the power of our forefathers.

2. REVIVAL: To awaken a sleeping generation, restore the fire of intercession and provoke a hunger for God.

3. REINFORCEMENT: To raise an army that will carry the fire and mantle of the fathers into the next generation committing them to the kingdom agenda.

The Sound & The Prophetic Call: The song is not meant to be just another worship anthem—it is an awakening. It is a summon to destiny—a call to forsake complacency, to break free from the chains of lukewarm Christianity, and to step into the full measure of God’s purpose.
