The name of Jesus holds a special place in the Christian faith, representing hope, salvation, and the foundation of a believer’s trust in God. Mera Owili’s “That Name Jesus,” from the album Melodies of My Heart, draws attention to the significance of Jesus’ name and its place in Christian worship.
As part of the album released by GNT Nation-signed artist Mera Owili, the song speaks to gospel music lovers who value music centered on Christ and the message of the Christian faith. Its title brings to mind the biblical emphasis on the name of Jesus, which believers call upon in prayer, praise, and expressions of faith. For listeners who enjoy Christ-centered gospel music, “That Name Jesus” offers an opportunity to reflect on the person of Jesus and what His name means in their walk with God. The track adds another expression of Christian devotion to Melodies of My Heart, inviting listeners to keep their attention on Jesus.
