The Sound of Salem, a contemporary worship music group has released their first AI song which they titled JESUS. Commenting on this new development, the music team state that;
“Inspired by the Holy Spirit and written by Prophet Joel Ogebe, Lead Psalmist of the Sound of Salem Prophetic Band, this piece is our declaration of the greatness of the name of Jesus.
Although this version was produced with the assistance of AI, the song itself, its lyrics, structure, and arrangement, was fully written by Prophet Joel Ogebe. We employed an AI production tool to explore future possibilities for creating edifying sounds with greater speed, excellence, and without the limitations of our current equipment and studio access.
AI here simply helps translate what we already hear in the Spirit into sound, covering technical gaps while we continue to grow. This is purely experimental. Sound of Salem will continue to minister with our lead vocalists as always, this is not a replacement, but an advancement of our creative process.”
