“Church Leaders need to educate politicians and other members of the populace about the power and blessings of Church gatherings!

These days some people are trying to underrate the importance of Churches even others erroneously defining Churches as places where people go just to pray, no wonder some are now asking, can’t you pray from your homes?
Little do they know that; Prayer is just part of Church service but there is more importance in Church gatherings altogether!

The term “Church” in its most basic meaning is an “assembly” or “gathering.” The Church is not an institution – but a living entity.

It is a Body of many members not just a single individual hiding in a certain room somewhere.

Within the Church, assignment are allocated by God, of which each Church must have a Pastor and members are supposed to be constantly coming to gather for fellowship but not Pastoring themselves in their hideouts– Matthew 9:36, James 5:14

The church is the “called out” ones – “gathered” ones.

The main issue here is not only prayer but gathering in His Name – Hebrews 10:25, Acts 20:7

We were created in Christ to be a gathered people, there is a purpose in God that goes further and deeper than our own individual imagination, we are assembling for an outcome that exceeds our personal experience and edification.

We were never called to be a separated or disconnected people, but a people gathered into a “Body assemblage.” A body does not function well when its vital organs are not all together and living for one another. Even the seemingly insignificant parts like the little toe, effects the ability of the body to be completely functional.
